7. In case of less than 75% accuracy in any two
slots, user account will automatically be seized without
any prior notice. |

8. No dispute shall be entertained regarding Data Verification
Report. The accuracy will be decided by the technical
officials of the company and is final and cannot be
challenged. |

9. You shall not direct iTech Solutions to interact
with any agency, individual or any of your representatives
for any performance of whatsoever nature regarding
the relationship of yours with the company. iTech
Solutions shall be interacting only with you, individually. |

10. iTech Solutions shall not be responsible in any
manner whatsoever, for any investment made by you
on infrastructure, computers or any other expenditure
related to execution of Data Assignments. |

11. You are also required to render maximum support
and co-operation in completing iTech Solutions’
target on time. |
| |

| |
12. iTech Solutions cannot be held responsible for non-working
occurred on account of natural calamity / change in
law / unforeseen circumstances, and no claim / representation
shall be entertained. |

13. In the event of any dispute or difference arising
between the parties hereto relating to or arising
out of this agreement including the implementation,
execution, interpretation, rectification, rapidity,
enforceability, termination or decision thereof, including
the rights, obligations or liabilities of the parties
hereto, the same will be adjudicated and determined
by arbitration. The Indian Arbitration & conciliation
Act 1996 or any statutory amendment or re-enactment
there of in force in India, shall govern the reference,
either party shall appoint their respective arbitrator
and the arbitrators thus appointed should appoint
the third arbitrator who shall function as the presiding
arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be Delhi
only. The courts in the city Delhi shall have exclusive
jurisdiction to entertain try and determine the same. |

14. If iTech Solutions is not able to provide Data/DVR/Payout
as per the contract made, iTech Solutions will have
to provide 20% cost of that slot/data as compensation
accordingly. |
